What geographic area do you serve?
We service primarily Eagle County, but we have done sales in other parts of Colorado and other states upon request.
Do you have any special products that are especially fine or unusual product lines? What makes them unusual and special, and what is their appeal?
We think that installing the real Jacuzzi is pretty special. The brand name is innovative and luxurious. The beautiful spa designs incorporate the sensual mood and the comfort of warm water with the practicality of exceptional filtration and water purifcation by using the Clear Ray ultraviolet and the ProClear sanitation system. This system is a true representation of a healthy and nontoxic way to clean water. Salt water and/or bromine systems lead the customer to believe that they are getting an alternative to toxic chemicals, when in fact both the salt water generator, which i s really just a chlorine generator, and the bromine system are toxic and carcinogenic.
Do your staff members have any special training?
Our spa service technicians are factory trained and have extensive electronic training. Our spa maintenance people are certified CPO’s.
What is the most exciting development in your Field?
Many years ago the spa industry addressed energy efficiency and made very significant advances when they developed the self-contained spa and the insulated vinyl spa cover. Today’s Jacuzzi is even more energy efficient and exceeds the California guidelines for clean energy.
What other specialties do you have in-house?
Something special that we do is to make and replicate original antique tables. We also build custom designed tables.
You mentioned you also provide service for spas. What does that encompass?
We offer weekly and bi-monthly spa maintenance service. Since we are a small but efficient company, we can concentrate on offering personalized services. We get to know our customers by name and we address their special needs. We want customers to be aware of alternative chemical treatments for their health and the longevity of the spa.
