Having grown up a Union Carpenter’s son, Tom Sherlock spent his entire life working in the trades. He has a great ethic to get the job done right the first time and won’t rest until a project is completed. Tom Sherlock started Sherlock Homes to fill a niche in the Aspen/Snowmass residential market. AS a painting contractor in 1998, he started working with Property Managers to complete paint projects. he quickly realized that there was an absence of contractors willing to manage smaller home repairs and maintenance projects. One thing led to another and the projects got larger. In 2004 Tom got his B.E.S.T. card, which allowed him to begin General Contracting home construction. Tom has spent the last 5 years working to build a project management system that offers its clients more then other contractors offer. He wanted to give Sherlock Homes’ clients a sense of trustworthiness through transparency.
