There is a place where the great outdoors are even greater. Where rolling hills and deep-carved canyons lead toward vast mountain ranges, and a pristine river teeming with trout winds its way across an open valley. A place where an untouched wilderness of Aspen groves, elk herds, and 160 species of birds beckon both the pursuit of adventure and a call to leisure. It’s an unparalleled land of wonder called Victory Ranch & Conservancy, and for a privileged few, it’s a place to call home and to enjoy for generations to come.

The members-only residential community is located on approximately 6,700 acres in the beautiful Woodland Valley of Utah, just 18 miles outside of Park City, and it was created with the simple and singular focus of respecting the land. Homes feature timeless mountain architecture and are thoughtfully built into the terrain to blend into the natural environment. Each bedroom and living area offers commanding views of the surrounding area that invite you to explore every season of the year. As a private club, Victory Ranch is committed to the member experience. Its year-round concierge service ensures that club members enjoy every amenity imaginable.

The unspoiled, majestic land and river of Victory Ranch set the stage for a colorful variety of outdoor activities and family moments you can enjoy 365 days a year. Explore more than 4,000 acres of backcountry and a private four-mile stretch of the Upper Provo River—a true freestone river and fly-fisherman’s paradise—fed by mountain runoff and natural springs. More than 20 miles of professionally designed trails let you rediscover the beauty around you, as the landscape changes dramatically with each season.

A place to escape from the everyday with close friends and family, and to reconnect with nature’s untouched beauty

When the snow falls, the landscape invites you to make the most of Utah’s high country on cross-country skis, snowshoes, and sleds. When the sun is out, challenge yourself to 18 holes on the Rees Jones-designed golf course, with its bent grass greens and fairways, bluegrass rough, and tall fescue grass lining its boundaries. Mountain bike the back trails, wander through the upland on horseback, or go after trophy trout with your best fly-fishing skills. Alternatively, you might just choose to relax on the breezy porch of your mountain home with a good book and a tall drink.

A popular option is to end a day of backcountry exploration with an overnight experience at one of Victory Ranch’s well-appointed yurts, or to spend a night under the stars with your family at the lovely East Meadow campsite. Victory Ranch’s culinary team will even prepare a customized meal plan for your trip and either send it with you or cook it onsite.

If you enjoy hunting, Victory Ranch’s experienced guides and hunting dogs will lead you into the backcountry to find Chukar, Hungarian Partridge, and Blue and Ruffed Grouse. There are also ample birding opportunities for those who prefer to head out with binoculars and shoot with their cameras.

If you’re looking for adventure beyond the bounds of Victory Ranch, there are plenty of nearby destinations to explore. The best ski resorts are all right here, from Deer Valley (its gondola is just 13 miles away) to Alta to Park City. The home of the annual Sundance Film Festival, Park City boasts a famous snowboarder and freestyle-skier terrain park. Victory Ranch owners can enjoy our brand new ski-in/ski-out lounge on Main Street, with a restroom, lockers, boot dryers, snacks and refreshments, while they stroll the town or venture out skiing. Families love nearby Canyons Resort for its diverse trails, open slopes, and groomed terrain. Deer Valley Resort, one of the top ski destinations in the country, is known for its gorgeous runs, gourmet restaurants, lively bars, and elegant, European atmosphere. In the high country, Snowbird and Alta offer steep drop-offs and deep snow for the adrenaline seekers out there. All told, nine world-class ski resorts lie within an hour’s drive of Victory Ranch.

Whatever your preferred adventure, you can always find something at Victory Ranch to bring you closer to nature. This is a place to escape from the everyday with close friends and family, and to reconnect with nature’s untouched beauty.
