“The details that we catch in design and manufacturing before the client ever sees them is what makes great cabinetry.”
–Wyatt McDaniel, President, Peppertree Kitchen & Bath

What project are you the proudest of?
The project we are most proud of was a log cabin remodel in Jackson Hole about five years ago. The job was challenging because we had multiple kerf lines from floor to ceiling that ran through the kitchen around to the entryway. Within the kitchen, there were three areas that had very large doors that hid cabinets behind them. The challenging part of the job that made us the proudest was being able to line up that kerf line.

What makes the difference between good construction and great construction in cabinetry?
The attention to detail. The details that we catch in design and manufacturing before the client ever sees them is what makes great cabinetry.

How did you get your start?
I got started due to hard work and a great mentor. I got started doing cabinets by working hard for an individual, Steve Sewell, who offered me an opportunity. Steve and his wife, Bonnie Sewell, were the original owners of Peppertree.

Do you have a favorite sport or recreational activity?
My favorite activities include camping with my wife, exploring in the mountains, and taking out the side by side.

What places in the world do you find most inspirationaL?
Anywhere in the mountains because it’s so peaceful and quiet.

What do you enjoy most about living and working where you do?
They always say that a job you enjoy, you’ll never work a day in your life, I really do enjoy my job and the beautiful cabinetry that Peppertree produces. I couldn’t do it without the help of our employees.
